Fees have changed for 2023...
Dues increase of $50 was presented by the Board of Directors at the Annual meeting and went into effect for the 2018 season. In addition, the Board is assessing a one time fee of $100 per member for the 2018 season (due March 1). Here is the complete fee schedule. The assessment increase will allow the Board to pursue the beginning phases of rebuilding the bulkhead along the Promenade. If you are unaware, the foundation is being eroded along the length of the Promenade. The walk way is already sinking and several areas have water extruding through the concrete. The costs to complete the repair project are estimated to be approximately $250,000. The Board would like to thank the members for their continuing support of Casper Boat Club.

In an effort to make the RV camping experience more efficient, the Board has decided to forego the four day/seven day extended stay process. This season, RV camping will be $10 per night, with a maximum stay of seven nights. There will be no extended stay permit required. A camper may stay from 1 to 7 nights, at $10 per night. If an RV has camped for seven continuous nights, the RV must be removed from the grounds for 24 hours, after which a new 7 day cycle will start again. RV campers must still register at the clubhouse when they arrive, and camping sites are still first come, first serve, with no saving of campsites in any way. All members camping must read and follow the camping rules as established by the CBC Board. A seasonal camping permit ($280) may still be obtained by filling out the camping permit application. If you have questions or suggestions regarding RV camping at the club, please contact the Grounds-Facilities or Stewardship Committee. Thanks for your cooperation in making camping at the club as enjoyable and efficient as possible.
Please remember - this is your club! Members have access to all facilities and services the club provides during the season. With over 300 members, things can get a little messy from time to time! After a great afternoon on the swim beach, or having a picnic somewhere on the grounds, or enjoying an RV camping site, the Club is asking you to please clean up before you leave. Items removed/borrowed should be returned, trash removed, toys/life vests returned, trash cleaned out of fire rings, etc. Place trash in trash bins. And if in your travels around the grounds you see some trash laying on the ground, take a few extra seconds and put it in a trash container. The Board will thank you, and more importantly, other members will thank you. Plan to leave the club cleaner than you found it! The Casper Boat Club is a community. Keeping the grounds clean is one more way to contribute to the CBC community.
CBC Board is eager to communicate and be responsive to the membership. Please visit the contacts page on this website to familiarize yourself with the CBC Board Committees and members. If you have a concern, request, or question, please contact the appropriate person or committee. Contacting the appropriate committee about a specific issue, will ensure a prompt response. However, if you're not sure who to contact, sending a message to any Board member or the entire board should get it into the appropriate hands. Please be specific with your requests, and if you are raising a concern, the Board would be very interested in any suggestions you might have to address that concern. As always, the goal of the Board is to facilitate efficient and effective communication with the members. Thanks for helping us be a more communicative Board.
