Extended Stay Camping Request Form

Only members and their on-site sponsored guests, are to use the areas designated for parking and camping with visits limited to four (4) days (24-hour period). (Example: arrive Wednesday, June 13 at 4 pm. Departing Sunday, June 17 at 4 pm). However, a written request presented to and approved by the Board of Directors, may permit a visit to be extended to seven (7) days (24-hour period). All requests for extended stay camping must be written and submitted to the Board of Directors a minimum of one week prior to requested dates. Self-contained campers, motor homes or trailers may park in the designated RV areas provided in CBC’s lease agreement.
