News From Your Board

Dear members, You will also be receiving this by mail. I want to give the members an update. We have been forced to release the club managers. We have an incredible club and it was not being run to the standards that it and our members deserve. Moving forward we have chef Jay Reece stepping up for the remaining season with a little help from members. The food and drink specials will continue. Please remember that as the season winds down the menu will scale back as usual. Come out and enjoy the beautiful weather and a drink on the deck. Be patient if you are coming to use the August use or lose it in the club. The hours for the rest of the season are as follows:
Fridays. 4-9
Saturday. 11-9
Sunday. 11-9
Labor Day 11-9
We will continue working to keep the club a special place for members, families and guests. If you have any questions please feel free to contact me.
Chris Trujillo, Commodore

New Membership

We are pleased to welcome new member families to the Casper Boat Club this year. Membership consideration is now closed from the 2016 season. If you are a boating enthusiast and would like to apply for membership in the Casper Boat Club, please download an application form here. Starting March 1st of 2017, the board will review applications for the 2017 season. Note that all applications will be dated and reviewed in order of application date, so please continue to submit your applications for membership.

Members must Accompany Guests at the Club

It has come to the board's attention that guests at the club have been coming and going without the member being present. Please remember that members need to be present with their guests while they are at the club. The guests also need to sign the guest book located at the bar each time they come to the club. Thank you for your cooperation.

Contacting Board Members and Committees

Your board and its committees want to be responsive to various requests from the membership. In order to facilitate efficient and effective communication, the board asks that if you have a concern, request or question that you visit the contacts page and select the specific committee responsible for your topic. For instance, if your slip is in need of repair, please email the Docks and Bulkheads Committee and be specific about your request to have this repaired. The committees' email address are available as links on the contacts page. This will ensure a prompt response from the committee. Thank you for your assistance!
